1. A system that guarantees something will happen

While regular lotteries can have losing tickets, Ichiban Kuji has the unique feature that there are no losing tickets. Prizes are prepared for each rank of the lottery ticket you draw, with A prize, B prize, C prize, etc., and you can get some kind of goods with any prize. The higher the prize (A prize or B prize), the rarer the prizes tend to be.
